SPANK! The Fifty Shades Parody at the Moore Theatre

Playing off the top selling paperback of all-time, Fifty Shades of Grey, SPANK! is in town February 13-17 at the Moore Theatre. For those of you who have not yet read this guilty pleasure novel it is the first instalment in a trilogy that traces the deepening relationship between a college graduate, Anastasia Steele, and a young business magnate, Christian Grey. It is notable for it’s explicitly erotic scenes featuring elements of sexual practices involving bondage/discipline, dominance/submission, and sadism/masochism. With that, comedians bring a lightness to the stage with a parody of this successful novel.

This musical satire captures all of the naughty fun of the book in this saucy and hilarious show; Part Chippendales, part Second City…all in one delicious package. This unauthorized parody is set to be the sexiest, funniest, and most exciting show of the year.

SPANK! features an all-star cast of top comedic actors and improvisers. It is written and directed by Jim Millan, whose credits include: The Kids in the Hall, Spiderman on Broadway, Marijuanalogues with Tommy Chong, Larry King Standing Up and Mythbusters Live.
